Chihkan Tower 赤崁樓 is a place you should visit if you go to Tainan, Taiwan. The origin of the word "Chihkan" comes from a Taiwanese aboriginal village named Sakam. Its former name is Fort Provintia or Providentia when it was colonized by Dutch people. It is build in 1653 to empower their defence.

Ticket fee: 50 Taiwanese dollars for general ticket. If you have international student card or you are old people and some other cases, you will receive discount.
